Arconik offers a wide range of filters designed to filter the air from chemical and biological agents, toxic industrial chemicals & materials. Our filters have been carefully tested & approved and are available in the capacity of 180, 240, 300, 450, 600, 650, 900 and 1,800 m3/h.
VALVES
Arconiks Blast valves are used to stop implosive and explosive blast waves from penetrating the protected structure. Our valves are extremely durable and withstand heat and corrosion and include open and closed blast valves.
BLOWERS
Arconik’s blowers are high-efficiency multi-purpose Backward Curved Blade radial blowers that are designed to supply air to shelters through the Blast Valves and filtering system in order to create the overpressure required. These Blowers are integrative to the full range of Arconik’s filtering solutions.
BLAST/GAS TIGHT PIPING
Arconik’s Blast/Gas tight piping includes modular ducting and wall sleeves for connecting valves, blowers, filters, and pressure gauges. The ducting is assembled on-site, tailored to building needs. Arconik offers consultation for strategic equipment placement in protected spaces, and wall sleeves are installed early in construction for structural integration.

GAS COMPOSITE FILTERS
Our filters are designed and manufactured to filter air from chemical and biological warfare agents and supply fresh air into the shelters. Our filters come with quick connections enabling it to be installed in a leak tight condition and can be easily used/opened in any sort of emergency. The number in the product name defines the nominal flow at which the filter is designed and we have models ranging from 36 cmh to 1800 cmh. As per requirement, these filters can be installed in batteries with flexible as well as fixed ducting in various applications like hospitals, blood banks, nursing homes, etc. The filters are to be connected to a fan/blower through ducting which will supplies fresh filtered air into the protected shelters.

Our filters have been carefully tested and approved by SII (Standards Institution of Israel) and are available in the capacity of 180, 240, 300, 450, 600, 650, 900 and 1,800 m3/h.
CO2 REMOVAL FILTERS
In a shelter when there is less or no fresh air supply (during close up mode) people inside breath in oxygen and exhale CO2. In the shelter due high performance required from residents, they are very active hence creating greater amounts of CO2. If CO2 is inhaled in excessive quantities, the residents can start to suffer with fatigue, headaches, and dizziness, but the side effects can rapidly lead to fainting, brain damage and even death.
Arconik’s CO2 filters are manufactured using high adsorption and high quality sodalime which ensures good life span of the filter. Our filters have easy and quick connectors which facilitates it to be assembled in numbers to increase the capacity as per requirement.
